MID- OHIO FALL LEAGUE

Once again we are starting up our fall league. We have 23 coaches from 5 states. We play most of our games in central Ohio at a local Pizza shop . We will have divisions in Chicago , Detroit and Columbus. We will meet in Indianapolis and Akron atleast 1 time during the season.
We have some of the most experienced coaches in our league, but we also have 6 new coaches that this will be their first time playing in a league in many years . I really do not want to say how long it has been since they played their last game because it will show our age.

We are a 4.0 league and are a league that opens up the game, with rules that favor the offense but we also try to balance out the rules for the defense. We allow custom figures, boards and forward thinking rules. We allow lead tape to be applied to the platform of your players base just in case a coach might have a lighter team.

We will help new coaches stay competitive by giving them stronger bases and showing the new guys " the secrets " of this game.

We will be scrimmaging at Massey's Pizza on Saturday the 15th of August from 11 am til 4 pm.

We also have 3-4 coaches that will come out each year just to watch , they may feel they are not ready for league play. These coaches always end up joining up the next year and playing.

i would like to come and see you guys play and maybe play myself,I have been to your guys website but to me its lacking info,Like a actual schedule for the dates for when you guys play the games and the location of the place where you play.
i wouldnt mind see you r club,I live in indiana,and i know there is a club here called hoosier heartland,But thye play at a memebers house,which to me is kinda weird,i would be uncomfortable just showing up at a house to play,I have tried to emntion this to Matt clup andtry to suggest playing like at a pizza place or some type of public place,but i really dont think he liked that idea.I think if he would play in public place he would get more members.like you guys,you play at the pizza place and on top of that other customers or people can watch and then get interested.
I just wish you guys would post where you play and the address,actual schedule and the dates that you guys play.
I havent palyed lectric football since i was a kid..iam now 45 so its been awhile,LOL.

i am 43 and have not played from til 1986 til AJ invited me to join in the early 2000's.

What days are good for you , we usually play during the week but occassionally play on weekends.

Where is it you guys play??like in what city?? and where is the pizza place you guys play at??as of right now my hours just got changed so playing thrrough the week is out for me,and i could ony play on weekends.

Our season is alittle half over and the playoff race is heating up .
Everyonce in a while we get a hotel and rent out the party room if we have alot of guys from out of town come in to play .

Thats cool Jeff,But you guys should really put that info on your website and a list of the dats that you guys play.So do you have some up coming dates that you guys will be playing? I can only play on the weekends right now.

we really only have 2-3 set dates that we play and they are scheduled a month or so in advance.
Most of the time we call each other and set up times to play games a week or 2 in advance , it is hard for alot of us to set dates real far ahead since we have kids .

Yeah I hear ya on that ,and I too have a 12yr old..but if you planned out play dates in advance or lets say we play on the third Saturday or Sunday of these months,then people could plan ahead to be there.Just a Suggestion is all

I know myself and Frank work weekends , that is why 3-4 local coaches play our games during the week.
I would be all for scheduling games on a weekend every 6 weeks or so. That would help with out of townwers .

it looks like we are going to play some games around Indianapolis late February. We will stay in a hotel { tbd } and rent out their party room for some games.
There might be as many as 8-10 coaches there .
